This department was established to distribute information on markets opportunities and public campaigns on domestic markets. It also assist local investors by providing them platforms where they can increase their trade potential and capacity through hosting of trade shows and providing training on certain topics that are needed by a certain sector. With its continuous partnership with relevant stakeholders, the department is responsible for ensuring that local investors' policy challenges are addressed through consultation meetings with stakeholders. The department has two functions that are critical in the promotion of the local investor which are;

- Stakeholder Engagement Team
The Stakeholder Engagement Team (SET) is responsible for facilitating engagement opportunities with any stakeholder that is relevant to the local investor. The SET team usually holds consultation meetings with stakeholders trying to determine challenges and opportunities that can assist business progress in Swaziland.

The Shows Team (TST) is responsbile for planning, organizing and executing trade shows where local businesses is given that opportunities to promote their products and services. Currently the team is tasked with holding three shows which are the Edu-Business Expo, Motor Expo and the Swaziland International Trade Fair (SITF).
